Weight Loss Program:- We have designed a weight loss program which includes three , 1 hour workouts a week for the duration of 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks. The workouts in the program are versatile and varied and can start simply utilising the clients own bodyweight. HIT (High Intensity Training)and TRX Suspension System , Resistance Bands and Selectable Dumbells can all be used in the comfort of your own home, garden, free space or park. Suitable for men and women who are conditioned or unconditioned and looking to develop fitness want a body transformation.
40 Something Strength and Conditioning:– We have designed a Strength and Conditioning Program which includes three, 1 hour workouts a week for the duration of 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks. The workouts in the program include single and multi-joint exercises with specific rep ranges, time under tension, rest periods and sets. Third party Studios, Gyms, Physiotherapy venues are used which offer a full suite of resistance equipment. Suitable for men and women who have a sporting background or active lifestyle and want to develop strength or body transformation.
Yoga:- The Ashtanga Yoga program has been designed to include three, 1 hour workouts a week for a duration of 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, The program is particularly suited for people suffering from inflexibity and postural misalignment.
Nutrition and Lifestyle:- An Holistic approach is offered with each program covering existing nutrition and lifestyle habits, goal setting and behavioural alterations.
